When I scheduled appointment I informed who I spoke with that I needed our volume knob replaced, regular mileage maintenance and check plastic base of drivers seat due to cracking. Appointment was confirmed that I needed our volume knob replaced, regular mileage maintenance and check plastic base of drivers seat due to cracking. Appointment was confirmed with those details but at our appointment the volume knob could not be replaced and we need to come back. It’s hard to make time to drop off our only car at the dealership for a couple hours when we work and have a toddler who would not be patient waiting. I was just hoping by giving those details of what was needed could have been fulfilled in one day. However, I was super impressed that the base of the drivers seat was replaced at that appointment when I was expecting it to just be looked at. We have not received any information about when to come in to replace our volume knob. Days following we received a voicemail and emails that our Sequoia was ready to be picked up from service, but nothing about the knob. More
