There was confusion concerning my vehicle. I used the drop box (6:30am)and when I called at 9:45am no one was aware my vehicle was there. My appt was at 8:00am. I used the text message sent by McCluskey saying to click on it to let service know car was there. I did that. Both the drop box and text reply procedures failed. Had I not called I wonder what the result would have been. Car keys were eventually found and service commenced. More

My truck had greasy hand prints all over it and my truck was parked so close to another truck I could barely get inn my driver side mirror was pushed inn and when I hit button to fold back out it make a ver was parked so close to another truck I could barely get inn my driver side mirror was pushed inn and when I hit button to fold back out it make a very loud popping noise.
