For a week, I have been trying to get a hold of a manager who has been a deciding factor in some issues. I have reached out to multiple associates for assistance with no answer. I have been patient and respectful, but my tolerance is beginning to run out. I have been dealing with this company since the second week of December. This is in regards to the online cars department. I’ve been called to call the main number and when I do, I am told only one person can help me and that’s the person who has been dodging me for a week Mr. Todd Patrick. I purchased a Suburban from this dealership remotely and was assured by the sales agent—via text—that the vehicle had no cosmetic or functional issues. When it arrived, it was in far worse condition than promised. There were scratches down to the metal, the front passenger-side bumper and fender were hanging out, and the rear windshield wiper was broken. The rearview camera and parking sensors didn’t work properly, the radio screen often wouldn’t turn on, and the ceiling had stains from front to back. All four rims were chipped and scraped, and the front right passenger tire had a huge chunk of rubber missing, requiring me to constantly add air. None of this was disclosed on the website or mentioned by the sales agent, despite my specific questions about the condition. A district manager, I believe, called me to discuss my concerns and assured me that the same agent would reach out and try to make things right. Against my better judgment, I worked with her again. She sent me a second vehicle, an Expedition, after inspecting it and sending pictures. I asked the same question about its condition, and she told me the only issue she saw was scratches on the passenger-side door, which I was fine with. When the Expedition arrived, it was in worse condition than the Suburban. The front bumper was bouncing up and down and squeaked. The passenger-side running board was cosmetically broken, the gas tank door was misaligned and detaching, and the rims had more chips. The felt underlayment in the passenger-side wheel wells was loose or detached, with broken screw holes and missing screws. Inside, there were engraved scratches on the dashboard, chips in the radio trim, and scrapes on the passenger-side mirror. None of these issues were included in the pictures sent by the agent. However, upon close inspection of one photo, you can faintly see the defect in the running board if you zoom in. Once again, the sales agent misled me. I understand that a used vehicle will not be in perfect condition and that there will be some bumps and bruises, so to speak. However, the sales agent needs to be honest and upfront about these issues, especially when selling to someone purchasing remotely. It’s unreasonable to expect someone buying a car sight unseen to “just deal with it.” I sent videos and pictures of these issues for both vehicles, and no one took responsibility. I was told the problems were cosmetic and couldn’t be fixed. If I had known about these issues upfront, I would have negotiated the price or simply said no. Given the nature of the call with the agent regarding the Expedition and her assurances, I gifted my vehicle. Now, I am stuck with no vehicle at all. Buying a vehicle sight unseen requires trust, and this dealership has shown they are not trustworthy. Proceed with caution, especially for remote purchases. More

This dealership is very shady in their business practices. Bought a vehicle and was told that the tires were in great shape. Had the vehicle delivered to me and once got the vehicle found that the practices. Bought a vehicle and was told that the tires were in great shape. Had the vehicle delivered to me and once got the vehicle found that the tires were not in good shape at all. Had to go out and get new tires to make sure I could be safe on the road. Reached out to the dealership and was told 3 weeks ago that they would cover half the tires, which I was ok with. Was told today that they changed there mind and will no longer cover half of the tires. This is shady business practices. I would never recommend my worst enemy to do business with them. Awful experience! More

Let me start out by saying the only redeeming thing about my experience was Ashely the sales lady.She really appeared to do the right things , management , nope.You screwed up bad ! So they had a truck that checked all the boxes for me . Price was $15000 higher than I was going to spend , but hey it was a really good deal ! We had a deal numbers run ready to go ,cash sale,all we need to,do,was the wire transfer . Then they tried to what to me appears a bait and switch . They came in claimed they had a deal on that vehicle already .Ok so they didn’t take it out of inventory, so now someone is going to be mad me or them if your story is to be believed , you just screwed up royally . It would be a good idea to fix this , right ? Now you try to start upselling me $10 -15 k on more expensive trucks that are not nearly the deal compared to the one I had .Then you have the gaul to , suggesting I finance the difference!Now i know banks kick back money to dealers so,now you want to put me in to debt ,maybe you are trying to help but I would bet you were trying to profit on me going into to debt ,thanks but no thanks. Here’s a little secret for you , I could have afforded to.pay $15k more in cash if you gave me something better then what we had lined up to begin with. You didn’t even come close ! The sales manager had promised to cut me a good deal. So much for promises, nothing but platitudes,you came $500 off sticker on a $15k up sale like you were trying to do me a favor ! Mr. McCluskey, you could have made a quick $43000+ cash on the original deal that only need a wire transfer. Instead you lost the money , the trust of a 3x repeat customer . I was raised to understand when you screw up like you did. You make it right even if it hurts a lithle you do the right thing ! You don’t do what you did make me wait for hours while you try to screw me and expect my business now or ever again . More

Abt get you approved well guess what that's a lie because they couldnt get me approved for anything they came back to me and said they need 7000 down.and if I cant do that they need more than a 1000 down to get me approved they lied me and my family was in a car crash on the 6th of September that almost took our lives our car was totaled now we have no vehicle my son has seizures I'm having a hard time finding rides to get him back and fourth to his doc appointments.i have 2 sons 2 daughters and a wife.at first this place gave me hope and then they just crushed me I'm already broken and we are struggling it's tough when you have no transportation.and can barely get back and fourth to grocery stores doc appointments work ect.this place could have just said he we can't help you but no they gave us false hope and we are already going through enough 💔 this just made our pain and suffering that much worst I wish I never would have found this place just to get my hopes up and be crushed afterwards More
