After speaking to well over 10 dealerships, I was grateful to come into contact with Garrett Oxnaes. There is a good reason he has over 1400 FIVE STAR reviews! I messaged him Friday evening off of his Dealer Rater profile that was on Mazda of Elk Grove's website and he promptly responded. He ended up calling me the next morning to confirm what I was looking for and that was when I also shared with him that if possible, I would like to get everything worked out so that we can pick up my wife's new car the very next day- our anniversary. Garrett was friendly, super chill, and worked really hard to get the vehicle we wanted for my wife, all within or price range. Something I greatly appreciated was that he was prompt and responsive, even though it was a busy Saturday at their dealership. When Sunday came around, he came in on his day off to ensure that everything went smoothly with all paperwork and us picking up the suv. Garrett even went above and beyond by saving a front row parking spot and then walking us in to the delivery bay/showroom floor where my wife's brand new, freshly detailed, black suv, sat with a massive red bow on the top of it. From our initial contact on Friday evening to Sunday afternoon when we picked up the new suv, Garrett facilitated an amazing car buying experience and one that my family will have great memories of. Our experience was so good that Garrett will be the first person I reach out to when we are in the market for another vehicle! More

The Waypoint GPS theft protection is missing in action. Waypoint did not send me an e-mail activation. I sent the company an e-mail and it bounced back. If you can't get Theft Protection GPS tracking figured out, then you should send me a refund for the $599. More
