I feel like I was not truly valued as a customer at this dealership because some of my concerns were disregarded and overlooked. I traveled very far to come to this dealership and had a scheduled appointmen dealership because some of my concerns were disregarded and overlooked. It was dirty and had paint scratches on it still. We waited for the car to be detailed and many parts of the car were missed. Additionally, I had reached out to the salesman about a referral discount and was completely disregarded. It felt like the salesman had no integrity. More

I've been having issues with my engine making a clicking nose for over 2.5 years. I was dealing with a different dealership who told me I made the noise up and I started to think id never fix my car.
