Not happy Had to drop my new vehicle off to have undercoating done. Our first snow storm of the season. When the loaner was brought up front covered in snow, I Had to drop my new vehicle off to have undercoating done. Our first snow storm of the season. When the loaner was brought up front covered in snow, I was told sorry we haven’t gathered the snow brushes yet this year. ( really). I was then told to bring the vehicle back with the same amount of gas that’s in it. Not sure why but I asked how much is in it now. Answer under a 1/4 tank. Now I have to brush a car off with my arm to be able to see out the windows and then have to go to get gas to have enough to get home and to work the next morning. Not impressed!! More

Oil change, tire rotation, NYS inspection. Service as usual, was excellent. Advisor, Ronald Burghart was e Clement. He told me about an hour and 15 minutes and it was right on time. Nissan road assistance took me and my car I just love Fuccillo Nissan dealership ! (I also love my Nissan Rogue) Recently I had a no start situation . Nissan road assistance took me and my car to Fuccillo Nissan and it was diagnosed and fixed asap (bad cell in battery) and they even fit in an oil change and tire rotation while I was there !!!
