Lengthy visit with no explanations from tech I went in for an oil change and them to check my front tire. I had an appt schedule and it took over 2 hours. I did not receive updates or the video t I went in for an oil change and them to check my front tire. I had an appt schedule and it took over 2 hours. I did not receive updates or the video they typically provide to all customers. One of the other customers received her video of the oil change. The tech did not come out to go over the various items. When we were leaving I had to ask for my multipoint inspection. More

Issues with my car since I had it I believe I was sold a raggedy truck from jump . I’ve never had so many issues with a car like I’m having with this one .
