Before my wife and I agreed on a used 2013 Nissan Altima S, we had asked for a "Car Fax" (or other type of accident reporting venue) at the time of purchase. Was told the dealership would provide the infor S, we had asked for a "Car Fax" (or other type of accident reporting venue) at the time of purchase. Was told the dealership would provide the information, but continued to do paperwork, I had to call insurance company to add new car to policy, etc., and the request was forgotten by both myself and the salesman. After 10 days, we received the Car Fax report and the vehicle HAD been in an accident. I feel the dealership swindled me and was not up front with me. I called the dealer principle (Billy Fuccillo Jr.) and he informed me he WANTS me to be a happy customer but WILL NOT BUY/REPLACE WITH SAME MODEL. I feel after purchasing FIVE CARS through the Fuccillo family of franchises, this particular dealership is not honest. We also purchased the "Environmental Package" (Undercoating/Rust Proofing, Paint protection, Fabric Protection, etc.) Picked up vehicle after all this was done and the vehicle had spots on it which were not done completely. Had wax residue in the cracks and the painted surfaces in the door jambs were not paint protected. Opened the trunk lid and the "Environmental Package Paint Sealant" wasn't applied to any of the painted surfaces not seen from the outside. I was to understand (By the Finance guy) ALL PAINTED SURFACES WOULD HAVE THE SPECIAL "SEALANT" APPLIED. Was told (after a meeting with Billy Fuccillo, Jr.) to bring the car back and it would be applied correctly. JUST HOW MANY CARS ARE OUT ON THE ROAD WITH THE SAME INCOMPLETE PAINT SEALANT DONE??? Sloppy/shoddy workmanship. I cannot, with an honest mind, EVER recommend this Dealership....PERIOD. I am dismayed by the whole "experience". More
I recommend this dealership by far being the best in customer service as well as efficancy. I was quick in and out with a great experience purchasing my new nissan Altima. The general manager, tray was most helpful in this experience by personally sitting down with me while discussing my needs in a new car. He understood the type of payment I was looking into while not being pushy or pressured. The sales staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership. More
I was nervous when I entered the dealership parking lot but was easily calmed when greeted by Richard. He welcomed me to the new re-modeled Nissan store which seemed very updated and advanced. We were offered an array of sweets, snacks and refreshments making the experience feel more relaxed. Richard helped us find the perfect 2013 Rogue. It was a bit difficult because I couldn't choose between metallic Gray or Pearl White! When the pricing came Darren helped us through it and made sure our payment was comfortable. The owner came out and sat with our kids keeping them occupied and helped get us more for our Rav4. They even arranged a finance deal better than my personal credit union. It made it much easier. I would recommend this dealership for two reasons: class and comfort! More
Went looking for a new car, test drove 3 and love the one I settled on, that was the only positive thing about dealing with them. They are lions stalking their prey as soon as you walk in! They take your keys and dump them in a box and don't want to give them back. Their motto is don't let the customer walk out without making a sale and make them wait, and wait and wait! Screw that! They have the salespeople who make you an offer on your car with a car payment more than double what I actually ended up paying, the girls that do the paperwork have no clue what they are doing and nobody went over anything in the car! They never follow up on a horrible buying experience, still waiting for that one to happen. At this point I am so disappointed in the whole buying experience with them and their lack of satisfying the customer I advise you to go to another Nissan dealership in Syracuse. More
