It took only about 2 hours from the time I walked until everything was complete, thats test drive filling out the paperwork, talking to finance (which got me a lower rate then I was expecting) car was in the shop getting preped, and paper on to the DMV. I drove close to an hour to get to this dealership and it was well worth it, great price, and top notch service cant ask for more then that. More

Dishonest/Poor Customer Service This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. After you buy a car from them they could care less about you. Buyer beware. I was given a quote for a trade . I kept asking to see the amount that would be used toward a lease. Was told don' t worry all the amount that was quoted would be there . From the moment I stopped into Fuccillo I had the best time. I told my salesman about my situation and he just smiled and said they help people in my situation all the time. I was expecting to see an outrageous number on the sheet for payment (due to my credit) but I left there with a payment better than I wanted! Billy Jr. Really went above and beyond for me.
