They don't honor service agreements. When I purchased my wife's car two years ago, we got a 96-month service agreement that includes all oil changes. Today, less than three years into the agreement, I took the car in for the oil change and they said my service was all used up. I explained that I had 8 years of oil changes, but since their service computer did not reflect this, they would not honor it. I asked to see a copy of my original sales contract to prove this, and they said that would take at least 24 hours to get. I was told my options were to leave, or pay for the service and possibly get reimbursed "if" I was right. When I returned home I secured a copy of my 96-month service agreement. Fuccillo Nissan does not know how to mate their sales contracts with their service department, and I was treated poorly because of this. More

After getting back we discussed the payments range we wanted to be in. They were able to get us under the payments we were looking for and we picked the car up the next day. The facility was clean and everyone was very friendly. We would recommend Fuccillo Nissan to anyone! More
Shoddy Customer Service I went to check this dealership after driving 60 miles, for an older used Subaru WRX, and left feeling utterly insulted. They didn't have an older used WRX, no big deal, but the salesmen wasn't satisfied, also not a big deal because this is how they are trained... They did however have a newer used WRX, so I inquired about test driving it, they then told me I had to qualify for a loan to do so. I had originally told the sales rep. I would be dealing with my own bank and that there isn't a snowballs chance in xxxx one of their banks could get a better interest rate for me, but STILL I obliged and gave my information, even knowing I could walk into my local dealership and test drive a brand new fully loaded Chrysler 300 (which I did earlier in the week) without having to be approved. The sales rep. came back with "concerns" from the sales manager, and that I wouldn't be able to test the WRX today. I said "ok, that's a bummer, but no big deal" So I went to leave and the sales rep wanted to have me test out a less expensive Hyundai Sonata, So I said "sure why not" and was then told I needed further approval to drive that car as well. I should probably enlighten any potential readers that the concern that the sales manager had was that I "only" make 13 dollars an hour and cannot prove that I make tips, even though I could prove what is on my w-2 and pay stubs. I then relayed to said sales manager that I am prepared to offer 3000 down and trade my truck in as well (worth maybe another 4-5k in trade). Still I was refused to test drive a vehicle that I had no intention of even testing in the first place!!! I got up to leave, very displeased, only to be stopped by the sales rep. "come talk to the sales manger" he said, and when I turned to talk to him the sales manager then said "I think we're done here". just yuck,I've never been so insulted at a car dealership in my life. I went to Fuccillo Mitsubishi following that horrible experience, and was treated with respect, offered food and beverage, I test drove a vehicle that was listed higher then the Hyundai, and over all had a great time and was happy to meet the two salesmen that I met. xxx is going on at Imports Mr. Fuccillo??? The Juke I admired the Juke for several weeks. The size(and mileage), the sporty appearance and the fact that it comes with AWD made it seem the perfect car fo I admired the Juke for several weeks. The size(and mileage), the sporty appearance and the fact that it comes with AWD made it seem the perfect car for me. After a test drive and seeing the many features of the car and the fact that I can get in and out of it comfortably I decided to purchase it. Ernest Brown made the experience pleasant and easy. In fact I drove my new car home the same day I test drove it. Cars are an expensive investment and Ernie is a very personable and respectful guy (and he knows his stuff). And since my grandson was with me the kid's room was a huge bonus. It made it easier for my son to supervise while I tended to business. Ernie answered all my questions and "knew" the car. During the test drive and more importantly after my purchase he gave me a preview of all the fancy features of my new car. More

I went in with some knowledge on how to make a deal and how to "play the game" with car salesmen. I am guessing Matt must be a new employee, as I noticed he wasn't completely familiar with the paperwork (which was okay, as he asked for help from a coworker) but I thought he was an exceptional salesman on all accounts. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. I told him what I was looking for as well as my preference on monthly payments and he made it happen. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and already talked to someone who wants to buy from them based on my experience. Thank you so much! LOVE my Chevy Cruise! More
