Excellent service I pulled into the garage told the service man what I needed done to my car. While my car was being serviced I went into showroom and had a cup of coff I pulled into the garage told the service man what I needed done to my car. While my car was being serviced I went into showroom and had a cup of coffee and read. I wasn’t even finished with my coffee when the gentleman told me my car was finished. It was raining so he explained he couldn’t wash the car but he vacuumed my front out. It was wonderful. More

Sam was instrumental in retaining my business. Sam is the only reason I am driving a Nissan Rogue. I was not happy with this dealership but he has convinced me to give Nissan another chance. Fantastic Service I’ve been coming to Fucillo for over 3yrs now & I have to say I’ve never been disappointed. The service dept is top notch & the wait time from start I’ve been coming to Fucillo for over 3yrs now & I have to say I’ve never been disappointed. The service dept is top notch & the wait time from start to finish is always an hour or less. I was a bit disappointed this time though because I normally get a complimentary car wash but did not this time. Maybe this isn’t being offered any longer, but regardless I am absolutely pleased with the service, people & altogether my whole experience. Thank you! More

Also who keeps putting on the rap music I am so sick of being tortured, there must be something generic everybody likes. I have two young people at home and neither one of them listen to that crap. Often these songs are filled with filth and obnoxious stuff. Plus everytime I'm there the sales guys always are goofing around and looking unprofessional and telling off-color jokes and other such stuff really not cool. More

sales great, service not so much While they were helpful in securing our new car, the car's windshield had a chip in it that we did not notice before leaving. We had phone problems, so the dealership may have had problems contacting us. We contacted them again and they said they would handle it , We have not heard anything from the dealership and we contacted the salesman, Moody the sales manager for used cars and we talked to the service people. No one has contacted us to address this issue. Bottom line is if they wont fix this small problem on the week of the sale, how do I trust them with service. If I cant trust them with service, why should I buy from them in the future. I am in the market for a place to buy cars and have them serviced in the same place. I guess it not them. More
