Matt did an excellent job taking care of the problem. I am giving an excellent rating for the service at this Nissan dealership only. I am very unhappy with what happened to my vehicle. I bought this car I am giving an excellent rating for the service at this Nissan dealership only. I am very unhappy with what happened to my vehicle. I bought this car brand new from this dealership less than two years ago. I've done all my maintenance, oil changes and tire rotation, etc and should have had no problems with this vehicle. However, they had to replace the IPDM E/R which should never have happened. I believe this was a manufacturers defect and this should be covered by Nissan. The part was $482 and labor $299. And it says this part is only warranted for 90 days or 4000 miles. All of this is completely unexceptable and ridiculous. I use to have complete trust in buying a Nissian; however, I would never buy a Nissian again or from this establishment, nor would I recommend it to anyone. My husband purchases brand new vehicles every two years for his business and it is highly unlikely that he would buy a Nissian again. He's had two in the past 6 years and then decided on a Jeep. Those are built to last, so I'm sure he will be purchasing those in the future. Not a good move on Nissan's part for sure. More

Good, but needs improvement I had a great experience with working out a deal for the car, but after that I was very unhappy with the experience. We made a deal quickly (about an hour in between testing driving and negotiations), but after that it took forever. They said I could get the car the same day, but didn’t provide any expectation on how long I would be waiting. It would be so beneficial for them to give customers a heads up on how long they will have to wait until the car is ready. We made a deal at 12:15 and at 3:15 the car was still not ready. If I had known ahead of time, I would have done all the paperwork and returned later in the day or the next day to pick up the car. We ended up leaving and asking them to call us when the car was ready. I got a call at about 4:45pm. I love my car, but I just think the salesperson needs to give customers expectations of how long it will be and give them an option of leaving and coming back later or the next day when the car is all ready to go. More
