Much better service than Ray Catena MINI of Westchester! I just had four new tires installed on my 2019 MINI Hardtop at MINI if Fairfield County and it was relatively easy and quick — unlike the simple oil I just had four new tires installed on my 2019 MINI Hardtop at MINI if Fairfield County and it was relatively easy and quick — unlike the simple oil change at Westchester MINI that took nearly SIX HOURS on a Saturday while I waited. I absolutely love my MINI from the moment I bought it - almost 8 yrs ago now. And I've enjoyed the consistently excellent service at MINI in Darien. I've been quite worried about the engine light being o almost 8 yrs ago now. And I've enjoyed the consistently excellent service at MINI in Darien. I've been quite worried about the engine light being off/on in recent months and knew some serious repair work was called for. I came prepared for a long wait - to include my annual oil change/service, but as Cara explained extensive work required I leave the car for a couple of day and very kindly arranged for a loaner car. I was a bit nervous as I got behind the wheel of a nice new model MINI - at age 85 I'm not happy about adapting to "new" technology and the long drive home to Milford. But Cara was simply marvelous and patient showing me how the new features worked. Midway home, I realized I'd quite grown to love and enjoy this new Mini. And seriously treating myself to a new model perhaps next year. But I must thank Cara again for all her kindnesses - she is a real pleasure to deal with - always so efficient, professional and oh so helpful. More
