Dissatisfied I call the dealership about a vehicle. They inform me that someone was looking at it but they would return later. He then told me it was first come first serve and I could come to test drive it. I go and test drive it and while doing the paperwork for purchase he tells me that I cannot purchase it because the person who was looking at the car earlier was a friend of the general manager. I was NOT happy. He said he would call in 2 hrs with an update. He didn't call at all. I call him back the next morning. After going back and forth and him finally agreeing to sell me the car we go over the terms of financing and they bring me the car but the interest rate was higher thab we agreed upon. I don't know if I'll purchase another vehicle from there. More

75,000 mile service I visited the service department in the afternoon about 3:30pm. The waiting time was about an hour which is actually less than I expected. I have had two of our vehicles serviced here for years and I have always received excellent service! More

Service rep called me later in the day to tell me they had isolated the problem , had the part in stock to correct it, but it would require more time. Also this was would be covered under extended warranty by Toyota. When I picked up the car, all work had been done and the car had been washed/detailed as well.
