Service rep called me later in the day to tell me they had isolated the problem , had the part in stock to correct it, but it would require more time. Also this was would be covered under extended warranty by Toyota. When I picked up the car, all work had been done and the car had been washed/detailed as well. Can’t get it done here. Brought my new Corolla in for 5,000 mile service three (3) times. (They don’t allow reservations for routine service...it’s first come first done.) Each time, the wait was a minimum of 2.5 - 3 hours, they said. Are you kidding me? To rotate the tires and check the fluids (which I do regularly), I have to wait up to 3 hours?! Not gonna happen! So, I took it down the street to a shop and had it done in 15 mins. Sure it cost me $20, but I was on my way. Come on, Lynch. Either allow reservations, or set up an area for just routine maintenance service. More
