Wasn't sure if I wanted to go thru a dealership since I have always bought private party. Wayne convinced me to take a look at what he had on the lot. Being a Vet student, I couldn't afford something new b have always bought private party. Wayne convinced me to take a look at what he had on the lot. Being a Vet student, I couldn't afford something new but needed something that could dependably haul animals and equipment. He was very knowledgable about Toyota features and gave me several financing options I wasn't aware of. He found exactly what I was looking for and I actually spent less than I thought I was going to! It was a pleasure to work with him and the dealership. I was never pressured and he even followed up to make sure I was still happy with my 4 Runner -I was happy to report YES across the board. My dogs love it too.
