Poor Organization and Customer Service First time receiving service through this dealership and after waiting an hour I approached a tech who rudely told me he was only a tech and said to s First time receiving service through this dealership and after waiting an hour I approached a tech who rudely told me he was only a tech and said to speak with someone at the desk. Well I spoke with Frank who to my amazement he had not entered my car info and my information into their system. Not 1 appology for this error. 1 hour and 30 minutes for an oil change will not be returning More
