So I had the worst experience I have had since going to this location. I went a few weeks ago to purchase tires. The service clerk had no experience and had a horrible attitude towards customers. When I purchased the 4 tires for my vehicle I went over to the service desk to make an appointment for the mounting of the tires. The service clerk stated to me that I didn’t need an appointment and just to come early in the morning. Well I did just that. What was suppose to take a couple hours took 9 hours because of wrong information from the service clerk. Because I am a truck driver and live an hour out of town I couldn’t come back. Plus since it took so long to mount the tires and get the service my car needed I was unable to go to work that night because of fatigue. So not only was I imposition I lost a days pay because of this service clerks lack of customer service. I also wasn’t given any warranty on the tires. I do have to say that in the last few months the service department has gone down hill. Just to let people know. I submitted a complaint online to Lithia and on Google Maps. Not one time has anyone tried to reach out to apologize or to remedy the situation. Just goes to show you that some businesses don’t appreciate customers. More
Well I took it in Monday for service and at 4:45 my car started stuttering and the oil light came on. Called to take it back to dealership but they closed early. The only drawback I had was trying to schedule an appointment and the service department never picked up the phone. My car had all the same problems as before. All they did was put a fancy sticker on my window.
