Absolutely horrible communication. For weeks that my vehicle was in the service center I received no call backs. No one answers the phone at the service center so I would have to choose the sales line and they said they “walked” over and someone would call me. Eric was always out of the office. No one helped me. I live 7 hours away and had to leave the car there for repair. I ended up having to pay someone to physically go into the service center to get an answer on my vehicle. More

Everyone I encountered was very friendly. The woman at the service desk handled customers and their problems very well. The system for complementary service could be improved. I tried to make an appointment, but was unable to speak to a live human. I drove 1.5 hours one way to get there only to wait 3 more hours due to "first come, first served" that i want aware of. A 3 hour wait for that service seems excessive. Also, phone numbers online in several places for service dept connects to a Chevy dealership. They actually gave me the Lithia phone number. More

Over 2 hours to get oil changed is rediculous! Maybe get rid of all the salesmen standing around and hire more than 1 technicians. Eric was amazing as always the other lady in the front was horrible!! If it wasn’t for the finance lady she would have made me go to another dealer she treated me so badly and other customers rushing them was horrible!!
