Had a strange vibration that turned out to be a driveline issue. It was identified and fixed. Bought a used truck from Christy and Rob, and as soon as I drove it home I realized it wasn’t gonna work for me and drove right back to ford lithia. The GM, Robert Durkee said he could cancel the deal but he won’t. It’s just buyers remorse and I’ll learn to live with it. I’ve only bought new vehicles from lithia since 2005 and never really had a problem, first used vehicle bought from lithia and it’s been a huge mistake. I Was gonna file a complaint with BBB but lithia already has a D- rating, go figure. I’m sure I’ll still buy from lithia, but it won’t be from this dealership and I’ll stay away from used vehicles. Just paid for a alignment, new windshield, and soon a complete tranny service. Tranny was acting a bit jumpy and When I checked the fluid it was a blackish amber color and a quart low. Thought rob would take care of it but he was only willing to give a employee discount to change the fluid? There is only 40,000 miles on this truck why is the tranny fluid already turning black? I don’t think they look at any of their used vehicles before they sell them. They certainly didn’t look at the tranny fluid on this one. Christy and Rob are good at what they do, and that’s close the deal no matter what. Christy even called my wife at home because I was still on the fence and wanted her there with me. Christy Told me she is fine with it, it’s ok, you deserve the truck, don’t worry we will take care of you. Yeah she wasn’t fine with it, not at the time. Now I’m on the hook for 46,000 over 6 years. Durkee did give me a out tho, he offered to let me trade the truck back in and I can buy my car back, but he said I won’t like the numbers. 😆 hilarious, they must have so much fun here, Getting suckerfish to bite. Yeah it’s just business to you, but it feels very personal to me. I hope writing this review will allow me to let this go. Because I Haven’t felt this way in a long time.... I really miss Iraq, we looked out for each other there. Much simpler times. I get it tho, everyone needs to eat, enjoy that pound of flesh. 🍻 More

unethical business I leased a 2017 Ford Explorer from Bend Oregon. My car had less then 4,000 miles on it. I was driving home from Bend to California at 11:30 pm when I I leased a 2017 Ford Explorer from Bend Oregon. My car had less then 4,000 miles on it. I was driving home from Bend to California at 11:30 pm when I got a flat tire in the middle of no where on highway 97. I was about 60 miles North of Klamath Falls. I had the car packed with many house hold items, along with my family dog a 210 English Mastiff. It was 25 degrees outside and I was barely off the side of the road. I called road service to change the tire because it was dark and icy on the road. Due to the conditions it took the road service two hours to get to me. Once my tire was changed to the small spare tire the tow truck driver recommended a tire service in Klamath Falls. It took me two hours to drive 60 miles do to the small spare tire I had on my car along with the icy roads. I arrived at the tire store and had to wait several hours for the business to open. Once I received service, the tire store told me they did not have my size of tire (Same tire as when I leased it) in stock and it would take three days to arrive. Being up all night and wanting to get home I was in a bind. The employee told me about the Ford dealership (Lithia Ford) not far from their tire store and that my tire must still be on warranty. In fact it was still on warranty and I also bought an extra warranty just for tire problems such as this. The employee from the tire store gave me the phone number for Lithia Ford and listened to my entire conversation I had with the Service Department employee from Lithia Ford. The employee that answered put my on hold numerous times during a 17 minute call. I told him the tire size I needed and he told me they did not have it in stock and that it would take 22 days to order. The size of my tire are the standard size on all Ford Explorers. I, nor the employee at the tire shop I was at could believe what we were hearing. I told the service department guy my predicament, not sleeping etc. I told him I could not believe he did not have a tire to fit my brand new car in stock. The guy was rude to me on the phone and kept putting me on hold. I asked him if they could take a tire off one of their Ford Explorers on their lot and put it on my car. I again told him that my car tires were covered under two warranties. The employee said no he could not take a tire off one of their cars and put it on mine. I asked this employee what could I do. The employee told me I could wait 22 days for a tire to arrive or buy four new tires. I was so tired and knew right then this guy was not going to help me so I asked him his name because I was going to report him to Ford Corp. He gave me the name of Gerry Paul. Then he changed the spelling of his first name. I, along with the employee from the tire shop I was at knew he was lying. So, I had to buy four new tires from the tire shop I was at so that I could get home. I called Bend Oregon Ford Dealership before I left the tire shop I was at and told them what Lithia Ford had said to me and their lack of service and compassion. The guy I leased the car from in Bend called down to Lithia Ford and attempted to contact this Gerry Paul in their Service Department. He was told that there was no person at their dealership named Gerry Paul. So I'm out over $900 because of an unethical dealership! I sent an email to the top guy from Lithia Ford but received no response. Don't buy anything from this dealership. Brad More
