I also inquired about a "recall," which was supposed to have been handled in Jul/Aug of this year, but did not occur. I explained to Freida that the employee who was handling this stated (after my vehicle had been there for five hours) that they did not have the upgrade for my vehicle, and he did not know when they would receive it. I never received any follow-up from this employee or Ford. When I told Freida about this, she handled it. Ford is fortunate to have Freida as an employee. More

I went there to purchase a new Ford F150 at Lithia Ford. I was handed off to a number of different sales men and managers. They played a bait and switch and did not play right with the numbers. I offered to pay the sticker price and my offer was not accepted. They played numbers with my trade in....which I purchased from them. They claimed there was an accident on autocheck....which was either a lie then or now. I told them to check again as I had the copy of the autocheck that was given to me at the time I purchased the car less then 6 months ago. They then changed the story again about price. I left after not having faith in them to be honest. I ended up going to Butler Ford...made the deal without any game playing. They paid me more then 3k what Lithia offered for my trade. The Butler rebate was on the sticker and they did not play a game when you got into making the deal. I ended up buying a 46k truck and Lithia lost a customer for life. I purchased 3 cars from Lithia and will not be back. They need to learn making the sale is not the goal.....keeping a customer is more value. More
Robert did an okay job as far as telling me what I wanted to hear to get me to the dealership, but once I got there nothing he told me over the phone was true. They said they would charge me an extra $1000 of I needed the car delivered, and lied about running my credit through triple banks for the best deal. The finance manager who worked on this sale with him needs to be trained to do his job properly. I walked off the lot without the sale and will never go back. Worst experience of my life. I drove 4hrs to get the car I wanted and left empty handed. I would not recommend this Lithia to anyone. Ever. More

Terry, my salesman would have to be the best I ever experienced at a dealer. I have bought 2 cars through 2 different dealers from him now. He is top notch. I am glad to see him at a dealership that will take care of you in ways you could only wish other dealers would. The management have heart and actually care about insuring your purchase is acceptable, correct, and worth the money you pay. Now I will tell you why they deserve 10 stars. I am not kidding, this is good. The new Ford Focus ST I purchased was traded to Lithia Ford from another dealer. After I washed it the first time I noticed the whole front end was off by about 1/8-1/4 inch and there was a gap under one headlight that you could see in the engine bay. I took the car in to have the front end looked at and a bad A/C compressor replaced and found out the car was damaged when it was originally delivered requiring the replacement of a broken headlight and realignment of the front end. I inspected the car and found more damage to the paint and found that all the front body panels were still quite off. I was sold a damaged vehicle. Now for the 10 star rating. Read on... I contacted Lithia Ford and inquired about the previous damage. They apparently did not know about it because they had just received the car into inventory not too long before. I wrote a letter to the General Manager with my concerns about being sold a car that had been damaged and demanded a replacement or refund. Now many dealerships would have fought you tooth and nail. Not this place. The GM of the dealership took ownership and researched the issue immediately after he was notified and contacted me to find out more information. I brought the car to him and showed him how the front end was all wrong. My new car had a broken nose! After he made some phone calls which didn't go to well for him, and realizing this is a severe issue, he brought me in and personally replaced my car with a beautiful example that he personally inspected before delivery. He said he would take care of the other car, but his priority was to insure I received the quality vehicle that I paid for. My wife literally dropped her jaw when I told her. They never fought us. They never made me feel bad about the issue. Nor did anyone "glare" at us. The staff was understanding, courteous, and friendly during the whole dilemma. We are also average middle class with no special "status". They have made a friend for life. This is how business should be done. 10 Stars. Buy a car from them. More
The sales staff are great! Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the corporations actions. They signed a deferred payment contract with me then violated it costing me extra money then refused doesn't make up for the corporations actions. I would advise avoiding this dealership. More
