This was our third visit to resolve the issues with our navigation system. The first time nothing was done, the second time the replacement was not in stock. They were finally able to replace the radio/nav navigation system. The first time nothing was done, the second time the replacement was not in stock. Inquired on the internet about a new 2021 Limited Ram they had for sale. Justin replied almost immediately to my inquiry. I told him that I had a 2018 Ram 3500 loaded with 38,000 miles on it in excellent they had for sale. Justin replied almost immediately to my inquiry. I told him that I had a 2018 Ram 3500 loaded with 38,000 miles on it in excellent condition that I wanted to trade. NADA shows trade value at $42,000 to $45,000. He called me back several hours later and told me what my payment would be. I thought it was a little high and asked him what they were offering for trade and he said $35,000. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Went to another dealer and got the vehicle that I wanted with a trade in value of $45,000. Be careful if you are trading something in and be sure to check other dealers. More

We took our 2019 RAM truck in for service because the navigation system had stopped working and the side mirrors would not retract. We dropped it off at 8:00 am and didn’t hear from them until I called a navigation system had stopped working and the side mirrors would not retract. We dropped it off at 8:00 am and didn’t hear from them until I called around 4:30. The service manager said that everything was repaired and working great. We didn’t even get out of the parking lot before we realized that neither the navigation system nor the mirrors were working. We turned around immediately and spoke to the service manager, who was indignant that the repairs had been done. He rescheduled for the work to be completed. They were able to replace the motor in the mirrors, so they now work. We’re still waiting for a new navigation system, which they claim is on order, however we have not heard anything from them in almost three weeks! More
