A quick, and pleasant experience 3 days ago, I went to Lithia Dodge Eugene, in hopes of purchasing an Suv. I met with a salesman, Tyler, who was absolutely great. We started to look at the Jeeps in April 2011 and spoke to Chris McAndrews. We explained that we could not purchase a Jeep at that time due to our financial situation. He gave us his card and said he would give us a call around May to see if we were ready. There was no pressure at all. In January 2012, we were in a position to purchase a Jeep and called Chris to make an appointment to come look at the Jeeps. When we returned to Lithia on January 4, 2012, Chris recognized us and continued our business as though no time had passed. We test drove a jeep and Chris answered all our questions. It was a hard top but we wanted a soft top. Upon returning to the showroom, Chris set out to find a Jeep of the same model, except in the color and configuation we wanted. He found it in California. He made the arrangements to have it transported to Oregon. We received it in two days. The was no pressure, no "Hard Sell"... The experience was fantastic... More

I Took my grand cherokee in for a problem with the tail lights (kept burning out after a day or so). The problem was not fixed, all they did was replace the bulbs again, and they gave me a list of other p lights (kept burning out after a day or so). The problem was not fixed, all they did was replace the bulbs again, and they gave me a list of other problems to address as well (rear brake pads, spark plugs, transmission fluid.....). The technician i talked to also argued with me and pretty much called me a liar because in his opinion there was no way i had recently replaced the lights. I assured him that they were fresh out of the package the day before and he told me that i must be mistaken. I also had the brake pads checked by an independent shop and they showed me that there was PLENTY of life left in them and would not recommend replacement. My advice is to verify any services they recommend because they have proven to me that they cannot be trusted. More
