I pulled into the nearest parking lot (praying I wouldn't just roll into another car), and it turned out to be lithia dodge. Tim Bohn, their service advisor, came out to help; he took my car in to try and fix the problem and when it turned out to be worse than we thought, he called les schaub and helped arrange for it to be towed. He then had the company driver take me home, and then to my car. All of this was free of charge. I don't know how to express how greatfull I am! It was such a nerve wracking experience. More

Very poor quality when it comes to being decent humans. I had gone in to buy a car, I was pre approved, knew what I wanted, scheduled a test drive ahead of time and everything. Got in on time, was ignored I had gone in to buy a car, I was pre approved, knew what I wanted, scheduled a test drive ahead of time and everything. Got in on time, was ignored for about 15 minutes while sitting next to the main managers office looking for help. When someone finally got up to come see me they informed me the person I scheduled a test drive with doesn't work that day of the week and the next best part they didn't have the car I scheduled a test drive with. Then they preceded to ignore me. Like they assumed maybe I wasn't serious about buying or something idk, they acted like I was wasting their time. I have only been treated this terrible at this dealership. Almost the exact same thing happened 5 years ago to me at this very location. I figured that much time had gone by I'd give them another shot. I will not be wasting my time with them again. I went down to CG and bought the vehicle I had scheduled a test drive with at Lithia (that wasn't available) and bought it that day. Had a great experience with CG CDJR and will be giving business to them in the future. Oh and CG gave me a generous discount so I got a great deal! More

Not an honest deal at all Be Careful! They new cars are advertised on line with a warranty - look at the photos on line on their website, I think it is something like 100,000 Be Careful!
