They take my keys and give me an approximate time it will be done. It is usually half hour to an hour. Sometimes its a little longer but they tell you up front if its going to be longer than normal. Before you know it its done. I am usually in the waiting room watching tv and eating popcorn. I cant tell you how impressed I have always been with this dealership because I have nothing to compare to. But for my money the Lithia Team at this location is the best. I have been taking my mothers' car in there 4 times a year for 5 years. Always the same-fast and courteous, helpful and friendly. More

Truck purchase. I've worked with Jesse for several years on other vehicle purchases and he has always been extremely helpful in finding a vehicle to suit my needs. Wh I've worked with Jesse for several years on other vehicle purchases and he has always been extremely helpful in finding a vehicle to suit my needs. When I needed a truck I again looked Jesse up. After going through several I finally decided on a new Ram which had most of the features I was looking for. Jesse was great getting everything taken care of so that the transaction could be taken care of in a short time. All in all an awesome job and I'll continue to work with Jesse when searching for my next vehicle. More

My husband had to drive from eugene to prineville for work that day, got there, 2 were off, 2 more were almost off, and 6 more loose. They put his life in danger and we never even got an apology, and it was a struggle just to get them to call me me back. I probably made 4 calls to every 1 I got in return. I never could talk to the GM, and the General sales manager wouldn't call me back after the first day. They set up a time for the truck to get looked at but sent us to a Buick dealership just because it was the lithia name. Service men were confused why we were there and couldn't even inspect the truck fully. If it wasn't for Northwest Dodge in Beaverton (who inspected the truck for free) I still would not be comfortable with with my husband driving the vehicle. This wasn't even the first problem we had with them in the buying experience. And, when confronted, management refused to call me back and/or were rude to me (Devin Pratt). Don't go to lithia in eugene. The people there do not car, about service or your safety!! More

We were a touch impulsive because of how clean it was, and we only test drove it around their parking lot. It was dark, and about 8:20 in the evening. Not being from Eugene in a new to us rig, I didn't feel compelled to take it down town. So I took a calculated risk not driving it very far. So my fault there, and never again! But I trusted that these guys would have driven the rig, and that they did their multi point inspection (something like 100) they claimed. After all, they aren't a mom and pop "Harry Mark and Mary" car lot. So here is my experience: Just 2 miles after leaving Lithia's lot the night we bought it (after the engine reached full temp) the oil pressure gauge dropped to Zero (only at at low speeds or stop without throttle) and a check gauges light/ding came on. We took it back first thing in the AM (less than 12 hours later) and asked for clarification, and if they could please help. Their service department took it for a bit, and gave it back claiming to have changed the oil pressure sensor. They said "you are good to go!" But just two miles down the road again, the oil pressure gauge dropped to zero. Did they even drive it after they serviced it? We went back (maybe 8 miles total on the rig since we bought it) and I politely asked that they do an oil pressure test, explaining that I wasn't very happy they didn't catch this on their pre-sale inspection; and further explaining my concern that I had a 500 mile trip back home the next morning. Service took the truck and ran a separate gauge on it and told me that the resting pressure of that motor from the factory was 6 psi. They said that mine was just above 5 psi, and that it wasn't a problem, and explained to me that I just needed to put a thicker high-mileage oil in it when I changed the oil. They further explained that the gauge was more or less a "dummy light" at at those low pressures. So, I accepted their explanation [they are a Dodge service center after all] but then asked what I could do to make the warning chime turn off so that it would chime 2,000 times on my trip home and beyond. They said there wasn't anything they could do for that. Needless to say, I wasn't particularly thrilled. Just 8 miles or so on this vehicle since I purchased it, and already 2 times to the shop. My wife and I left, and were traveling down Willagellespie Ave. just 1 mile from the lot, and at 35 mph the hood blew open!!!! ALL THE WAY!!! Fortunately, I saw it coming up and slammed on the brakes, but it scared the crap out us. I texted the salesperson and asked him to remind his service department to latch the hoods. We made it to our destination just 2 miles from the dealership where we were staying, and parked the rig until Sunday morning, the day we'd return to Idaho. Sunday morning, I start the truck and the check engine light came on. PERFECT! I tried to keep cool, and told myself that this is just how it is going to be while reminding myself that there are all sorts of simple codes that don't necessarily mean costly repairs. BUT THEN, after we made it maybe 6 miles down the road just past Springfield, the transmission started to slip at 45mph. There was a terrible revving noise from the floorboard, and I didn't have any power to pass or climb hills. I was irate with 490 miles to go! Go figure that when the tranny heated up to full temp, there would be a problem. We maybe had 15 miles on it since purchasing it at this point. When we got home, the vehicle went in to a local tranny shop in Moscow Idaho, and thank goodness a full tranny service with band adjustment seems to have corrected the slip and power loss. The engine code was an evaporative systems small leak, which was a cracked hose that I found and corrected. But the oil pressure is still a problem. At this point I have unplugged the sensor and am seeking guidance from other Dodge techs. End point: I should have thoroughly driven the vehicle much further during my test drive, and I didn't. So therein I took a risk. Wayne Brown (our sales person) was a nice guy, but they sell 250 rigs per month and he simply doesn't drive them. Had we gone for a 10 mile jaunt, every single one of these issues would have presented themselves, no doubt about it! And at that point, we'd not have purchased the truck. So I just feel taken advantage of. I know that it isn't new, and lord knows I signed all of the paperwork that proved I knew that. But as far as I can tell, Lithia just buys rigs, polishes them, and then turns around and sells them for a profit. They could probably care less about the quality of their service, inspections, and customer's overall safety. ....end rant.... More

Then they wouldn't reimburse us the full amount after being very rude to me and my wife. I found out they never installed the cold weather package when they said they did. The dodge dealer in Puyallup wa informed me they left out numerous things that was on the package. TERRIBLE LOAN DEPT. a bunch of weasels, and they could care less if your unhappy with anything that has to do with purchasing a car. I would never purchase another vehicle from them again More
