It felt icky to have to do my service with Lithia. I was told unlimited oil changes. That’s not true. It’s either 2 a year or 4. I’m told unlimited I’m in sales so that unlimited would of worked great. Just told unlimited oil changes. That’s not true. It’s either 2 a year or 4. I’m told unlimited I’m in sales so that unlimited would of worked great. Just found the real truth out. A few other things like that has happened to me and my friends. I couldn’t wait to trade my Jeep in with Kendall just to get away from Lithia. So no I would not recommend that dealership again. My friends are having shady problems with them also. More
