Second was I drove Jeep at night and didn’t see there were no floor mats would have definitely negotiate C d them in price salesman came picked me up in the morning with h Jeep and I asked him where they were and he said he would see but couldn’t find them so I didn’t get any because I had already made deal bummed out. Third was weeks after buying Jeep lady called and told me she jus sent in vehicle registration and forgot to order my Pacific Wonderland plates that i paid for so now I have to deal with DMV which is very difficult these days thought that was big mistake and should have been taking care of so that was not the best car deal I’ve ever had for sure More

Did an awesome job working with me to find the model Jeep I wanted. Only upset that Jeep deals in Dec didn’t include any discount on the Wangler I wanted. No one told me that nor did anyone ask me if I was a veteran. I saw an add later that Jeep gives discounts to Vets. Feel like I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere, but maybe not the exact jeep. More

We took our 2018 Grand Cherokee Summit in for an anti freeze leak. First visit water pump and thermostat housing replacement. Still had leak. Second trip new radiator. Still had leak. Traded it off and purchased a new Ford Explorer. Done with the Jeep brand. Will not be back. By the way only 18k miles on odometer. More
I've done this survey already. If you insist. I'll do it again. Went to Keifer. Came running up on my old van before I had a chance to get out of the vehicle. I told Keifer they were the first place I'd stopped at. Pretty much asking me what time I was going to pick it up the next day. What? It was Saturday. My bank was open, but I didn't tell them that. I got the van from Lithia. Same exact van, just $10,000 less. 10,000 more miles. It drifted to the right a little bit. It has warranty on it. I made an appointment. After 2 hours. Was still the same as when I brought it in. I made another appointment. I expect it to go straight when I'm going down the hiway. I'll take it back every week, if I have to. I paid a lot of money. Quality of service and communication has declined over the years. Extremely disappointing. More recently, a diagnosis and replacement alternator took approximately 10 days. For. An. Alternator. After being charged for a radiator hose with this last visit, because the bumper to bumper warranty “only covers mechanical issues that touch oil” we decided to go the recommended Crank Case Filter change at home. Come to find out when ya take that filter out it’s covered in oil. After having the truck w the service department they didn’t even Complete the requested oil change as the oil is at 40%. No idea where the disconnect is with quality customer service, but it’s really unfortunate. I can handle the disservice but my greater concern is w generations much older than myself. Because my initial experience w the department was great long ago, I give 1 star. The only service the truck will get from your department is an oil change, only because we’ve paid for it. At some point the headache might not be worth the money. To be clear this is a management or supervisor issue. Does not fall on representatives. More
