Had an oil leak on my 2017 Ram 2500 diesel, they also fixed my recalls which included a new water pump. It was the rear timing cover seal leaking oil so it was an extensive job covered by my warranty. Up fixed my recalls which included a new water pump. Upon returning home from picking up my truck from the dealership, I smelled coolant an found it leaking in my driveway, I opened the hood and found the coolant cap off and sitting on my battery. Honest mistake? I hope so. I just hope they weren’t as careless with the rest of the work they did, but so far so good. More

Third was weeks after buying Jeep lady called and told me she jus sent in vehicle registration and forgot to order my Pacific Wonderland plates that i paid for so now I have to deal with DMV which is very difficult these days thought that was big mistake and should have been taking care of so that was not the best car deal I’ve ever had for sure More
