I brought my Jeep in to have my passenger door fixed. They fixed my driver door instead, that didn't need fixing. I brought this to the attention of Dave, in the Service Department. He was less than helpful and became visible angry when I expressed frustration over the initial error and the delay in being able to schedule the repair on the correct door. This was my first experience with your dealership and I will never do business here again. More

Not only was the problem not identified by the technician but also my whole sound system came back not working. After being told “that’s just happens sometimes”, I said no it doesn’t. And asked to talk to the manager.JJ, the manager, however really took care of the problems and made it right. It wasn’t without quite a bit of pushing on my part but I really appreciate that he took the effort to make it right. More
I love the truck, it’s amazing. There are tiny details which were hidden as a result of the “detail”. I will preface this by saying some wear and tear is expected but I think it could have been addressed which were hidden as a result of the “detail”. I will preface this by saying some wear and tear is expected but I think it could have been addressed fully instead of covering things up, so to speak. The rubber in the shifter lever was loose, the window control module had buttons which came loose and fell out, lastly there are some heavy scratches on the plastics on the dash and door panels. It was so heavily covered in the detail solution, it was totally masked. Yet at the same token, the truck runs beautifully, cleans up well and has absurdly low mileage for an old 2011. The experience within the dealership itself was pretty good as all the gentlemen online, sales and financing were helpful. Overall, I’d give a score of 4.5/5. This stiff critic is happy! Thanks for selling me this one. It is my favorite truck to date. It is a pleasure to drive this older Ram 1500, as it is perfect for my families needs. More

Poor communication in the service department. We came in from out of town to have some pre sale things looked at and were there for 6 and a half hours and when we came to check on things it had been done fo from out of town to have some pre sale things looked at and were there for 6 and a half hours and when we came to check on things it had been done for a while. The association laughed it off and had an excuse for time getting away from him. Then he said he would follow up with a couple things and give me a call about what was discussed. It's been three weeks and no call. I have called to try and figure it out but have yet to receive a follow up. Also, one of the things they claimed they had fixed has already gone back to not working. More
It wasn’t too bad. I was paying with cash on a not very busy day and it took over 3 1/2 hours. They were also supposed to send paperwork to the DMV that week according to what they told me, And it took the busy day and it took over 3 1/2 hours. Normally this would not be a big deal but I was on a time crunch and that created problems for me while I was moving. More
