Worst experience ever! Problem was not fixed after 7 days in the shop. Charged me $480.00 for a part that wasnt broken and told me to go to Brads and have my alarm disconected. The alarm was put in my vehicle when I bought it new at Sahara Chrysler Jeep in Las Vegas, NV four years ago. Also charged my extended warranty $250.00 for a part that wasnt broken. Couldnt get the service manager JJ Lawson to call me back and i constantly had to chase down the service guy Tim Bohn. Picked up my vehicle and the trim was on the floor. They never bothered to put it back up on the rear hatch. Driving home got a warning on the dash about a fuse issue. Checked the fuse found it not plugged in. Plugged it all the way in and all of the issues i brought the vehicle in to be fixed disappeared. Never had the alarm disconnected either. Im livid i still have warranty and oil changes that i cant use because Lithia is somewhere i will not go again for anything! More

We have gone in circles with them trying to get our pickup fixed in a "we owe" situation. We made a trip up to get things looked at and and we never heard back with any of the topics looked at. So eventually, after two times of me calling in, I finally got through to the service manager. He then proceeded to give me poor excuses to why things haven't been taken care of. Then eventually found out they had "forgot" what they had looked at and wanted us to bring it back in for another inspection, looking at the same thing as the previous trip. We asked to get this all transferred to a different Lithia dealership and things are slowly being taken care of. Very poor management and shotty mechanics. More
