I will never come back here again and I’ve told everyone I know not to come here. I came in due to some serious brake noises, squealing and shaking issues. The tech told me my brakes were dirty (didn’t offer to clean them or give me a quote to get them cleaned) but a few hundred miles later we experienced loss of our brakes going up a hill which resulted in new calipers, brake pads, and rotors due to metal on metal grinding. I knew this was a serious issue when I brought my vehicle into your service department and there is no way that my brakes went from “dirty” to complete failure in only a few hundred miles happened, which was corroborated by the tech’s that completed the repairs. I should have trusted my gut when I bought a vehicle from Lithia. More

Usually good service, but obviously the ‘A team’ was not present in the vehicle maintenance Dept. Simple tire change was 2 hours plus & to add insult to injury I’d booked an appointment. This dealership acted like they were doing us a favor by honoring the jeep warranty. When they agreed to preform the work, they keep making excuses why the work was taking so long. We asked about getting a loaner vehicle and we’re told that we would have to speak to Jeep directly but that they might reject our warranty work:( basically don’t complain to corporate or we won’t do your work. I love my jeep but this type of service makes me rethink my future Jeep purchase. I don’t like the fact that you have to always speak to your service advisor and no one else will help you if they are out and in our case if your service advisor decides to be an xxx:( More
