My GPS was not working correctly and when I went in I was told that I would need to have a brand new unit installed. When I went to Glenbrook dealership(Ft Wayne IN) they fixed the problem and I was on my wa told that I would need to have a brand new unit installed. Nothing like going to a trusted dealer to get warranty work done and be charged $1400 for “not covered” items. Went to another dodge/Chrysler dealer the next town over and they found $2800 worth of issues work done and be charged $1400 for “not covered” items. Went to another dodge/Chrysler dealer the next town over and they found $2800 worth of issues and it’s all covered except my $100 deductible. I know what y’all are up to. I’m less than 4,000 miles away from losing my warranty. You wanted to get money out of me now and only fix a fraction of what’s actually wrong then say I’m good to go knowing I’ll make it pass my warranty then charge me full jacked up prices later when I come back in with no warranty. I will never be back at Lithia of Eugene or any Lithia from here on out. More
First interaction the service writer was a pain to deal with and I still ended up setting up an appointment for one of my recalls. I had another recall that the service writer stated they didn't have parts with and I still ended up setting up an appointment for one of my recalls. I had another recall that the service writer stated they didn't have parts for and had no clue. Between the call and my appointment my truck consumed an additional couple gallons of coolant, eco diesel issue, that appointment was for a software update. When I dropped off my truck I again asked regarding the exhaust cooler and my coolant issues, I was told they didn't have the parts and do not know when they would have them. I was killing time walking the lot when this same service writer called me to tell me shocker my truck really needed that part replaced but the real shocker was he had the part and they were going to replace it. Little more back ground. When I dropped off my truck the check engine light was on for an exhaust sensor that I had known because I scanned it and from the time my truck began with the exhaust issue it consumed 6 gallons of coolant so it completely made sense, anyway he wanted to charge me $120 to scan the code which I declined. Fast forward to getting my truck which was I got the same day when I expected the next day so that was nice, however check engine light was still on which I figured was due to my decline of the fee. I ended up scanning the code which the is now a code specifically having to do with this part they replaced so I called and was told they didn't have time to address it and was told all codes were cleared at time of service. This was a recall issue I can only imagine the crap people have to put up with this place in regards to other issues. I will be reaching out to the FCA recall customer service number because this is unacceptable and I have no confidence in Lithia Dodge of Eugene. I will gladly drive out of town to deal with a better service center. The engine code is P245B Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Circuit Range/ performance. I would also point out that the codes from before the appointment have never shown up again. More

Not very happy with the finance department. When I left I was told I was financed with one company when in fact I found out later I was with another company.
