It was my first time at the dealership. I requested an oil change. It was completed in a timely manner. They failed to provide the service that was expected without escalation to a manager. Several weeks later I am still working to resolve the issues with a customer satisfaction representative. Soon after leaving the service center I contacted them about the issue not being resolved. They suggested a wheel balance, which was completed without improvement. Then an alignment. As these were being addressed, the shops completing the tasks identified issues that should have need caught with the guaranteed "world class inspection at every visit" from Lithia. I'm also working to find out why I paid 90% of the cost from another shop (Les Schwab) when I have a warrantee. Asking for a itemized invoice a week ago has resulted in stalling. More

The parts man was very help course, the nice lady had only one key for the car. So I went to Lithia Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Fiat to order a spare key. So the key was ordered and received at the dealership and I made an appointment to have the key programmed to the car. That was another pleasant experience. More
