I purchased a used Ford Explorer from Lithia Dodge with a handshake agreement that they would take care of the noise coming from the front end. They guy who helped me with the car I was getting fixed was rude and disrespectful and my car was covered in grease and oil inside and out and acted like a big deal when I asked him to clean it. And when I called for a estimate then took it in they said it would be ready by the end of the day. But 9 days later I got it back and more than the estimate and said he should have charged me more. Ugh.... Even the guys at the other standing desk WA are laughing at him and rolled his eyes because they must know about him. He was at the desk on the right side and the second one in.
