We bought a 2016 Dodge Ram Sport from this dealership over the internet, only pictures we had to go by we’re the ones listed in the add which was very good! I even had Brian our sales person go out and l over the internet, only pictures we had to go by we’re the ones listed in the add which was very good! I even had Brian our sales person go out and look at it before we made the 300 mile trip to Eugene. When we got to the dealership everything was exactly they way it was listed and described by Brian! I have no words for this dealership and service center. They put uneducated technologically challenged humans into nice suits and expect them to do good work. Well they fail on number of occasions. Starting from sales Dakota promised to follow through with scheduling and tracking or parts that were purchased and nothing. Weeks of calls on my end trying to see what’s going on and the parts were not even purchased. Then parts department, promised to call as soon as parts come in and coordinate with our service appointment that was pre scheduled. Oh surprise it wasn’t done. But when I called they assured all good come in to your appointment. So I did showed up with my smile on, let’s forget the past, dropped of my car was told it be ready in few hours and so I went on about my day. 4 hours later I get a call. I was excited the car is done. Well that’s not the news I got. One of the Parts not shown up on time, and they had my car for 4 hours and didn’t even start the work on it. So my appointment had to be rescheduled and yet again no accountability. So after service guy tries to help fix the fall through on their end. “I will personally make sure to call you as soon as parts are here and get you an appointment. Parts should be here next week on Tuesday.” Tuesday came and went no call, Wednesday came and went no call. So I call Thursday, oh yeah let me check, oh yeah parts are here. Okay what ever. Can we schedule appointments? They are a month out. Again no accountability. So I asked to speak with manager. After lengthy discussion they happened to find a cancellation. All scheduled now let’s hope they install it correctly. Something must go right, I was thinking. Oh no they took over 6 hours to install, then brought me my car and my back steam with car seats was all torn up, my truck is upside down, my wheel cover is not reinstalled correctly. So I drove back to dealership and yet again talking to the same manager AJ. Explaining how poor of the treatment not only I as a paying customer received but also my brand new car was looking like a train reck. I demanded they fix it immediately. He said they do not have staffing. I told him I refuse to leave until this is taken care of and if he the one to do the work he is to get it done with our a delay. So 20 min later it’s fixed. Okay, so 6 or so months later I come back for my schedule oil change. I drop it off and get a ride back to work from a very nice elderly gentleman. My experience was getting better. As I was expecting the car I filled out information on their clipboard with my name, phone numbers and addresses of pick up when I am off work. I called 10 min before I am off to request a ride back to pick up my car. The voice on the other line said I have one person ahead of you near by to pick up and then I will get you it should be long just a few min. So I said okay I will wait outside for you. Well 40 minutes later still no ride. I call and see what’s going on. The person on the phone is incompetent, I am sitting between two houses in the neighborhood. I told him I am down town Eugene, there is no neighborhood it’s all businesses and bus stations. He has no clue where he was at or where to come pick up. I asked if they know how long it will take them to get to me. No sound in the other line. Are you there? Hello? Can you still come get me? Nothing just noise but no communication. So I end up walking through downtown, over the railroad tracks, under the over pass, through the park, crossing busy street. I get to the dealership and all staff standing in the group laughing. I asked for manager and they did provide me with one. I have explained what happened and they didn’t care. Asked for name, signature and handed me keys no apology, no accountability, no manager. The worst dealership in town. I purchase a brand new car of the lot roughly every 8-16months and had never had bad experience as I did at Lithia. More
