The communication was not what I thought it would be. My car was towed to the dealership after not starting for a couple days. I got one phone call telling me what was wrong with it and didn’t get much o My car was towed to the dealership after not starting for a couple days. I got one phone call telling me what was wrong with it and didn’t get much of an explanation. They didn’t explain the labor cost prior and said that two batteries needed to be changed. I said yes, because there wasn’t many options other than to just get it done. I tried to call back a day later to get more info, and left a message but didn’t get a call back. When my car was done I drove up to Eugene to get it and tried to have the employee at the checkout counter explain to me why the price was so high. He was very short with me and not polite. I’ve had batteries changed in the past and I have never paid so much money for this type of service and labor. If I was from Oregon and knew more about the dealerships in the area I would have had it towed somewhere else. More
Work was done expeditiously but mechanic put greasy fingerprints on headliner. Brought vehicle back in and it was cleaned and vehicle detailed but this should have been caught before I picked up vehicl fingerprints on headliner. The person changing tires doesn’t ensure it is reset properly. I have to keep going to les Schwab after each oil change to get the settings right on the vehicle.
