Communication was horrible throughout the whole process. It took weeks to get a seatbelt in which is a safety hazard. And once they had it in, it took several more weeks before. Which was an hour-long process as I was told. I made several phone calls and no returns on status throughout the whole process. Even left messages on the service manager's line. And nobody would answer the phone or return my calls. Sometimes for 3 or 4 days. More

Josh was our salesman and did an outstanding job. He spent a great deal of time communicating via text and calls before we drove up to finalize the purchase. We also really appreciated the finance manager who worked efficiently and did a great job finalizing all the details. We truly appreciated the sales approach without the high pressure purchasing tactics. I did return a few weeks later to have a few maintenance issues taken care of and was very impressed by the young lady running the computer to the technicians. The only negative I can come up with is the detailing on the car was not very good. I realize how difficult it is to find help so understand, but it was so dirty in the door jams and hatch that t it almost deterred me from making the purchase. Thank you all for making the purchase on our used vehicle enjoyable and low stress. It was worth the drive to buy from you. More
