I took my 07 Dodge ram 2500 and to have warranty work on a recall for the airbags. They did the work in a timely manner I drove away satisfied at the time. The next day I drove my truck less than a mile and a recall for the airbags. They did the work in a timely manner I drove away satisfied at the time. The next day I drove my truck less than a mile and it died. I called my service writer over there and he did not know what it was and he said that he talked to the service manager and the service manager said there was nothing they did that could cause that. Well I had my truck towed back home and then my truck towed to a another Dodge dealer and an hour and a half later they realized and found out that it was the ground wires on my battery were loose on both batteries. He told me that was the only thing that caused my truck to die we have since tightened up the batteries and I have not had a problem. That's why I'm giving this a zero rating, I think if there was any kind of service manager that knew what the heck was going on he would have known that so I'm out several hundred dollars with towing and an hour and a half labor for diagnostic on my truck at a different dealership. Will not use this dealership again More
