It took way to long to get my truck back. Carpet has grease or diesel on it didn't clean it up. It sat for 2 weeks before anyone looked at it. Still not driving right don't know if I can trust or afford another 1000.00 car rental for work that should have been a 3-4 day job. Covid is a bad resen to use for your company. My truck is not your tech-savvy boom box. My mirrors are set for my use to pull my trailer. They aren't there to be folded in and adjusted as if you are just driving a car for your very short test drives. LEAVE THEM ALONE!!! More

Before that my truck was making noise And I took it to my own mechanic who said it was the sway bar bushings, mind you I had, had this car for exactly 5 hours. Took it back to Lithia who said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the bushing and that old cars just make noise. Took it back to my mechanic and he took them off and they were clearly deformed, the most obvious example of service department just not caring. 200$ out of my pocket that Lithia should’ve taken care of not me. Overall loved Jason but he was the only positive part. More
