I am very pleased with Jake from the service department. Our car has been in and out of there a few times in the last month all due to warranty-related issues. Our car needs a new transmission and although it's back again it is no fault of the dealerships but because of the steps that need to be taken for the warranty to cover what's wrong with it. Jake, I feel has gone above and beyond to help us with this. He has spent countless HOURS on the phone with warranty and has been great at keeping me updated. We have always dealt with Lithia Dodge for many years and this experience could have been very stressful but it wasn't and I 100% believe it was because of Jake. I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else but him. He is fantastic More
My experiene was good. Found the vehicle online and they worked with me to come from out of the area and purchase. It took way to long to get my truck back. Carpet has grease or diesel on it didn't clean it up. It sat for 2 weeks before anyone looked at it. When parts were ordered they didn't check if all was received and delayed getting my truck back almost another week. Still not driving right don't know if I can trust or afford another 1000.00 car rental for work that should have been a 3-4 day job. Covid is a bad resen to use for your company. My truck is not your tech-savvy boom box. My mirrors are set for my use to pull my trailer. They aren't there to be folded in and adjusted as if you are just driving a car for your very short test drives. LEAVE THEM ALONE!!! More
Jason was lovely and funny, great guy and made the experience fast and wonderful! The dealership on the other hand seemed to only care about the money. Service department broke my key fob, y’all did replace it but it took two weeks, and when I got to the appointment staff was rude and it took 2 and half hours. Before that my truck was making noise And I took it to my own mechanic who said it was the sway bar bushings, mind you I had, had this car for exactly 5 hours. Took it back to Lithia who said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the bushing and that old cars just make noise. Took it back to my mechanic and he took them off and they were clearly deformed, the most obvious example of service department just not caring. 200$ out of my pocket that Lithia should’ve taken care of not me. Overall loved Jason but he was the only positive part. More
