The people that run and work at this dealership have integrity and do right by the customer. I had an ongoing issue with a pre-owned vehicle. The general manager even came out shook my hand and ensured me that the issue would be taken care of. I will be a returning customer when i purchase my next vehicle. More

I had to wait 3+ weeks for an appointment. Cost was too high for a simple repair. Part was under $90. I was charged over $440 to change a air flow valve on the top of the motor. To top it all off the car is still having the issue I took it in for. This is not my first experience like this with the dealership shop. I wish I would have learned my lesson before and found another mechanic. More

Lured in with bait and switch, aggressive marketing tactics. 12/15/22: Dealer posted an ad on cargurus without photos-just the asking price and mileage. I inquired about the vehicle, requesting photos. The sales rep texted me, and we began a dialogue, he sent a few photos that the current owner took, and we spoke live. Sales rep stated that they would not receive the vehicle in on trade until 12/28/22 when the customer's new car arrived. Meanwhile a second person from the dealer, quite entitled stated that she would need some information from me (referring to my original inquiry) via text. I told her I was already working with someone from the dealership, and to back off. Then the emails started pouring in--one dealer promotion after another, as well as individual vehicle listings that had no resemblance to the vehicle I inquired about. Had to unsubscribe from that. 12/28 came and went. So on 12/29 I followed up and it magically "just appeared" and they sent over more photos of specific areas I was concerned with. Once satisfied, I sent them my drivers license and insurance card, and requested their banking info so that I could wire the funds (Oregon dealer, I live in Connecticut). After providing them all my information they called and said "well now that we have the truck we have decided to sell the vehicle at $21,900, not the $16,900 we originally quoted. I replied that I didn't care, they can find someone else (and no doubt they will) but what a colossal waste of everyone's time and just a greedy, crooked dealership move. I feel sorry for people who have to deal with this dealership. Zero integrity in their business dealings. More
