I enjoy getting my services done here they are quick and easy. Having said that the first time I went they said I had issues with a few things involving my battery and parts connecting to it due to corrosio easy. Having said that the first time I went they said I had issues with a few things involving my battery and parts connecting to it due to corrosion and offered to fix for around 200 then on the following visit it was not mentioned. Idk if they didn't catch it the second time or it was misdiagnosed the first. Either way the service department people are nice and helpful. The sales team wasn't my favorite and upon receiving the car they gave it to me on empty, I had to go back and forth about a price we had already agreed upon and felt fairly disappointed in having to continue negotiation following, the salesman didn't feel very genuine to me, etc. Having said that all I all not a bad dealership for servicing, the finance guy I worked with was very pleasant to work with as well. Aside from the negative sales experience I had, everyone else is always very helpful and friendly, and my 4 star review is reflecting service department and finance. More
Very unhappy with our last service session. We were told a part was needed to be obtained and then the service could be completed and that would be in a couple of weeks. After 2 weeks I called to inquire of the service and had to leave a message.. Call was not returned. I called a week later and again had to leave a message. Again no return phone call. I stopped by the service center after another week. Was told the part was in and looks like it had been in. Was told that when the person who had started our process (Jake I think) returned on Monday he would “call” to set up an appointment. When Monday came a text was received to set an appointment. Day of service the experience was good. Vehicle was repaired promptly and wait at dealership was fine. More
Well I'm not sure they are checking places that need lubeing,fluids & they didn't reset after oil change so it doesn't beep every time I turn my car on. I do ask them to leave the tires alone. Bad customer service, For new cars. Not reliable for getting your questions answered. The sales team like to blow u off in the middle of the deal if they don't feel like it. Not what it used to be Every survey I've scored 5 stars Last month I went in for a quick question How to set my phone up And was told to go to Nissan I bought the car there I bring it there fo stars Last month I went in for a quick question How to set my phone up And was told to go to Nissan I bought the car there I bring it there for service except the 60000 mile And for oil changes Last oil change Was 4 hours And this time I was told a couple of weeks I've bought a couple cars one Jeep and an Armada After the attitude, and just general lack of helpfulness, just an attitude of not really wanting to be bothered. I don't think I will be returning Just not the same place Sorry More
