When you purchase a used car from the dealer it’s always a bit more, but you’re buying confidence that the dealers has gone through the car and it’s solid. I bought my used Wrangler and turns out it had MAN a bit more, but you’re buying confidence that the dealers has gone through the car and it’s solid. I bought my used Wrangler and turns out it had MANY issues. It came with a 3 mi th warranty and I was told that if ANYTHING goes wrong it would be taken care of. I took it in with a long list of problems, most of which were fixed. Chrysler and Lithia decided not to fix the massive roof leaf, instead want to charge me $1,500. Dione my sales guy, who lied and was the classic used car salesman didn’t stand behind what they sold. I’ve got a Dodge and a Jeep, have been a loyal customer to the brand for many years. This treatment is absurd, and I can’t believe we in Eugene are allowing a predatory dealership like Lithia survive in our community. I’ll be following up with some community involvement, I’m sure I’m not the only one. On top of that you’ve lost a loyal brand customer, we’ll be switching to competitors. If I could give 0 starts that’s what it would be. You should be ashamed of yourselves treating people like this, and not standing behind what you sell. More

I contacted lithia online I was honest and they were also. Sent pictures and discussed where we were at as far as the deal.
