Initially when calling in to make an appointment for an oil change and to fix the leaking gasket on my truck’s oil pan, I sat on hold for a loooong time and never reached anyone. I sent a email requesting oil change and to fix the leaking gasket on my truck’s oil pan, I sat on hold for a loooong time and never reached anyone. I sent a email requesting a phone call/appointment and never received a response. After the lack of personal contact from Lithia Dodge, I decided to come in for a quick service oil change and asked to have the leaking oil pan reviewed and fixed if possible. The oil was changed and I was told that I had to schedule an appointment to have the gasket fixed. The first appointment was three weeks later. The service I received from Nicole throughout the process was stellar and I would give her an A+! However, I was surprised to learn that it would cost $1,000 and 2-days to fix an oil pan gasket, i delayed picking it up a third day, which was on me..Nevertheless, paying $1K and having to wait 2-days for an oil pan gasket is absurd! It would seem that this Lithia location has had a mass exodus of people both up front and in the shop, which is not surprising because every-time I have come by for an oil changed over the last two years, everyone seems really unhappy, which I have relayed on previous surveys. Lastly, my truck wasn’t even washed when I picked it up, which I had requested. After spending $1K for replacing an oil pan gasket, it would seem a wash would be included! Overall, the only thing this location will do on my truck moving forward are the lifetime oil changes! However, please thank Nicole for her excellent service! You all need more folks like her! More
