Well… I had to wait many months for a specialized key to even appear at this dealership. once it arrived, it took 3 tries to program my new key to my travel van. I was asked time and again to “be patient”. even appear at this dealership. once it arrived, it took 3 tries to program my new key to my travel van. I was asked time and again to “be patient”. My patience paid off, in the end, for now I finally have 2 keys for my vehicle. Marlie was exceptionally on top of communicating with me, and recognizing the key problems at the end. She set me up with the right guy to fix it. All good at the end. And the price was lower than I expected. More

Service department told me I needed an $1,100 part to fix it. I went to Cottage Grove Dodge service department for a second opinion and they found the problem was a loose fuse and only charged me $150! it.
