Really nice place and comfortable seating but the customer service can be a lil short with you in my experience. The feeling of, “I’m too busy to answer your questions”. Also I question if they real customer service can be a lil short with you in my experience. The feeling of, “I’m too busy to answer your questions”. Also I question if they really did an inspection or just printed off the list of recommended services at certain mileages and say they did. I just did some of the services they suggested at another Lithia location so I know some of their “at risk” issues weren’t really an issue. Felt more like they wanted to get more money out of me instead of really inspecting my vehicle. More
