Yes I would love to discuss my frustration with this dealership this truck is the fifth vehicle that myself and family have purchased from lithia not to mention recommended to friends i am fully aware that I bought a used truck as is and I was not looking for a free repair but wanting to charge me 180. Dollars just to give me an estimate is not fair was told by the service writer it would be cheaper to take it to a glass shop left messages to the sales department crickets finally talked to a sales manager and was told that you would see what he can do again no response feel free to call me 5415439742 many thanks
