They forgot about my appointment So the short version, had an appointment and arrived on time and dropped off my car. Supposed to be a 1-2 hr maximum to get it fixed but hour 3 I show So the short version, had an appointment and arrived on time and dropped off my car. Supposed to be a 1-2 hr maximum to get it fixed but hour 3 I showed up sine I didn't get a call/text saying it was finished. Car was parked in the same spot, hadn't moved so before I went inside I looked in it and nothing was different. Asked at the counter if it was done, they said no. Asked why its taking this long and trust me when I say the excuses came out and all smelled like crap. Bottom line they forgot my car was there, scrambled to get it done and skipped steps to make sure it was done right. Makes me regret getting the service plan with them and even buying from them. Of note, if you ask to see if your car is ready you have to ask the same person that is working on it at the desk, somehow others cannot look it up in the computer to see progress. So strange. If you are gonna lie about something make sure its not posted on the manufacturer's website on how it all works, it makes you look even worse. More
