I schedule appointments in advance and always leave frustrated because the dash light alerts are left on, or certain dash alerts are still left at 0% when the fuel filter has been changed; etc. Technicians and service reps should really pay attention to detail. Customers rely on those things for satisfaction. I like the service department, but I should leave there trusting things are always done efficiently. It builds trust and fosters future recommendations. The one day Mike Espinoza helped me at the counter was the quickest and most efficient turn around on my Jeep I’d had in all the time it’s been serviced. I wish I could say the same for the Dodge Ram. More
