Comfortable waiting area As I walked in the door, I was greeted and checked in. I was offered a ride if I needed one, which I did not. My vehicle was in for a software update and repair of a storage drawer that had gotten stuck. The service department assessed the work, did the work, and kept me up to date as it was completed. I waited in the comfortable waiting area as the work was done, and had a cup of coffee. It wasn't an unpleasant experience. More
Come in for a Brake Job leave with no brakes at all. I came looking to get my pads and rotors serviced, I dropped off my vehicle at 7:30a, they did not have my car ready until 6p. While they had my vehic I came looking to get my pads and rotors serviced, I dropped off my vehicle at 7:30a, they did not have my car ready until 6p. While they had my vehicle they called my up and said that they were going to do a brake fluid flush and it would be another $130. When I tried to leave I had no braking power at all. I went in to tell them something was wrong, and they told me the vehicle had come in that way, that the tech said that was how the breaks were when he tested them. Nearly $700 later and my vehicle was worse than when I started. So I have to leave it with them, it is not drive-able and I didn't have time to wait for a tow. The call me at 8a the next morning to tell my that a caliper had locked in the fully open position, that they were waiting on a part to fix it, they would pay for labor, but it was going to cost me another $170. I have since spoken with a friend of mine who runs a shop in Portland, he informed me that caliper being in the fully open position can only be achieved while the breaks were bled out to be flushed. So, I was called a liar, and the issue all stems from a service I did not originally ask for. It ended up tacking roughly $300 to my end costs. His name isn't on the list below but the Service person who called me a liars name is Tim. I will not use this service center gain. More

Waiting Purchased the lifetime oil change plan for my 2018 Ram 2500. The service writers seem disappointed every time they have to process my request, I assum Purchased the lifetime oil change plan for my 2018 Ram 2500. The service writers seem disappointed every time they have to process my request, I assume this is because they make little or no commissions on this service. As such, I get the little to no commission customer service. On the last visit my truck was completed and sitting in the service drive, nobody notified me, I saw the vehicle out front and went to get my keys. There were 6 service writers at 6 desks and no other customers at the counters. A couple of the service writers were on the phone, others were working on their computers and 2 were chatting. After a 10 minute wait I was seen by a service writer. I told them my truck just had an oil change and was sitting out front. “Last name?” Were the only other words exchanged. The service writer stamped a bunch of papers, processed the computer and handed me my keys. No other words were spoken. More

Great knowledgable staff I brought in a 2006 Crossfire with a top retracting issue. I was turned down for service by Mercedes minutes before. (They no longer have a computer c I brought in a 2006 Crossfire with a top retracting issue. I was turned down for service by Mercedes minutes before. (They no longer have a computer capable of talking to it). It is a combined effort vehicle that was built by both Chrysler and Mercedes. Daryl was very helpful in explaining the problems the service center had in talking with Chrysler and why it was so hard to find the issue with it. The parts needed were expensive but the labor was very reasonable considering the time invested. I have bought a few Durangos from this dealership and have the highest regard for them. More
