Truly hate to give a bad review. I brought my new Ram 1500 in to the service center for issues with the Stereo. When I came to pick it up, I was told that they could not replicate th I brought my new Ram 1500 in to the service center for issues with the Stereo. When I came to pick it up, I was told that they could not replicate the problem. I grabbed the service tech brought him out to the truck and showed him the issue and I now have to schedule yet another appointment. I don’t know why no one called me during the day to talk about it, if they couldn’t figure it out or asked me to show them the problem before I left when dropping it off. This is also the second issue that I’ve had with my service, the first being the sealent service which they missed a number of spots and scratched the paint, which also required a follow up appointment. The service staff however are friendly. More

Could have been better Things did not happen that should have happened. The sales person said the vehicle systems had been checked and all the fluids etc.. were good. The touch screen on the uconnect does not work, the drivers side window is scratched so bad that it is a hazard to try and see through, and the sales person said a second key fob would be provided. The reality is I have received no second key fob, the touch screen on the uconnect does not work, and the sales person has not contacted me once since I bought the vehicle. The numbers agreed to between me and the sales person where not the numbers the finance guy used when doing the contract so we had to revisit all of that. The old school thinking about car sales people seems to be true here, say and do what is needed to get the sale. This dealership reminded me of working with car salesmen years ago when they would say of do anything to get the sale. I was surprised these people still have a business. To the finance persons credit, he did get the numbers back to what was agreed to. They are nice people. If the vehicle was checked out by anyone for any reason before it was sold the dealership has more improvements to make. Based on my experiences, not even the most basic check of he vehicle was made to ensure they were selling a quality vehicle to associate the dealership with. They sent me down the road with an 1/8 of a tank of fuel. Huh! I was told they do not fill gas tanks any more when a car is purchased. More
Fast, courteous, convenient quality service I had to get my oil changed, a module replaced due to a recall, and my brakes replaced. They set up an appt as well as made sure I had a ride with their car service once they had my car. I recieved text message updates on the car, asking if I needed anything and called me back when I texted back with a question. 4 hours later the car was fixed, washed, and they replaced my brake light and license plate light for the cost the of the bulbs which was $8.00. Their service was caring, courteous, and friendly. They went above and beyond when it came to providing excellent service to my car. More
