Awesome experience with no hassles We arrived at Lithia with zero expectations. An ad for a Pacifica showed up on our feed and we were curious about room for the family. Soon after arriving and checking out the exteriors of the vehicles, Sales Rep Jason Hinman approached us and asked if we would like to check out the interior. We did. Jason did not pressure, nor tried to sell us on the “fancier model.” My wife and I took the vehicle for a test drive and parted ways with Jason so we could discuss our options. Jason gave us his card and asked us to contact him if we had any questions. After eating lunch we made our decision to buy the car. Great experience. No complaints. More
